SANDY HILL

This project is located in Sandy Hill right in the heart of downtown Ottawa. These are 3D renderings as It is currently still in it’s design phase. The goal for the front yard design was for the landscaping to elevate the feel of the front entrance gardens and walkway, while still respecting the formality and history of this century old home. We achieve this by proposing Natural stone retaining walls, square cut natural stone walkway & steps, as well as using structured and traditional plants such as boxwood hedges & Hydrangeas. The backyard design leaned more towards a modern architectural aesthetic. We incorporated acpoured concrete retaining wall with a custom water feature, as well as long linear stepping stones and custom shed. The patio was designed with large slab natural stone pavers, a corten steel natural gas fire pit and lounge furniture.
